Why did I need to update my password recently?

In an effort to continually improve our site security, we have implemented  the "I'm Not a Robot" CAPTCHA feature to the log-in screen, and have turned on strong password parameters for all member accounts. All members will have to update their account using the “Update Password” procedure, and updating to a strong password.

All passwords will now be case sensitive and must include:

  • 8-50 characters
  • At least one upper case and one lower case letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character: ! # $ % & () * + - ? @ _ ~
