How to Create a Healthy Habit Challenge Follow
You would love to drink more water during the day, but keep forgetting it? Or you tell yourself that you should really be journaling each day, but once again, it has slipped your mind? We've all been there!
Challenge yourself to keep track of the healthy habit you want to adopt!
Follow these steps to create a Healthy Habit Challenge!
1. Log in to your Virgin Pulse account.
2. Click on Social and select Challenges from the drop-down menu.
3. Once there, click on the Create option, located in the top right corner.
Right under the Personal Step Challenges you will see the Personal Healthy Habit Challenges option.
You can select one of the offered options or you can browse other habits by clicking the Active Healthy Habit Trackers menu.
4. Once you select the habit you wish to track, click on it and a new window will pop up, offering you insight into Challenge Rules. Click on Next to continue creating the Healthy Habit Challenge.
5. To motivate yourself even better, add a personal message before you click Create!
6. You can participate in this challenge by yourself, but it is always more fun to have some friendly competition! Should you want to challenge some of your colleagues too, click on the Invite Players option!
You can invite colleagues who are already your friends, or you can search for new ones!
Once the challenge begins, you will also find it under your Healthy Habits, by clicking Home and selecting Healthy Habits from the drop-down menu.
Your goal is to click Yes for at least 5 out of the next 7 days, in order to win this challenge!
