I have not received my gift card redemption email Follow
If you have not received the redemption email for your gift card, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log in to your account on the Virgin Pulse member website
- Hover over Home in the top navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select Rewards.
- On the Rewards page, switch to the Spend tab.
- Select the Get A Gift Card option and click on My Gift Cards > Resend Email.
