Through latest upgrade, VP Status offers direct view into Virgin Pulse platform functionality, allowing you to gain insight in our mainboard and instantly know if everything works properly. In case we have maintenance on any sector, you will see an update in real-time.
To check out this new feature, please navigate on VP FAQ's top header and click on VP Status Page.
If you see "All Systems Operational" notice - it should indicate that all systems are in check and everything should work as expected.
If you are experiencing any error or trouble on your end, please do the necessary steps and try to troubleshoot the issue you're having. In case issue persists, do not hesitate to reach out to Member Services, so we can resolve it together.
