What notifications are available for the Virgin Pulse mobile app?

If you'd like daily reminder notifications from the Virgin Pulse mobile application, we can help you out! The mobile app can send you a notification on your mobile device or supported tablet for completing your Daily Cards each day. You also can choose at what time during the day you'll receive your notification. 

To access the notifications functionality, complete the following steps:

1)  Open the Virgin Pulse mobile application on your device.

2)  Click on the icon of three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the Home screen.

3)  In the left margin of the screen, click on "App Settings".

4)  In the "Notifications" section, locate the "Card Notification". This controls if you receive or do not receive the notification to complete your Daily Cards.

If it is set to ON, the tab will be orange/green, and the "Notification Time" will display below. If it is set to OFF, the tab will be gray, and the Notification Time will no longer display.

5)  If you'd like to change your settings, click on the circle within the tab to update, and it will be automatically saved.
