How do I track Healthy Habits?
Your Healthy Habits help you self track any daily wellness behaviors that you individually would like to focus upon. These Healthy Habits trackers allow you to be more mindful of certain behaviors, and help you make small, everyday changes that will lead to big results!
And you'll be rewarded! You will earn 10 Points each for three Healthy Habits per day - for 30 Points total. You can track more than three Healthy Habits per day - as many as you want, actually, but you will only be rewarded for the first three. Please note, the ability to track Healthy Habits must be offered by your sponsor in order for you to be able to access them. Check out your "How To Earn" page or "My Rewards" page on your member website to learn about your earning opportunities!
To complete your Healthy Habits trackers:
1) Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.
2) Hover over “Tracking” in the top-navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select “Healthy Habits”.
3) You'll be re-directed to the "Healthy Habits" page, where you'll see all of your trackers.
Your My Healthy Habits tab will show you a all of the trackers which you have been using, with the last seven days worth of tracking data.
The Browse All tab will show all of the trackers available that you haven't added to your Healthy Habits yet, by category. To view all Healthy Habits trackers in a category, click on the category in the left margin. To add a Healthy Habit tracker to your dashboard, click the "X" to turn the tracker on, and the "X" will change to a green checkmark.
Note*: You also can remove a tracker from your Healthy Habits dashboard at any time. Check out the "How do I remove a Healthy Habits tracker from my dashboard?" article for instructions!
4) The Healthy Habits page will always open to the current date for you to track, or update your previous tracking. If you'd like to track for a past date, use the arrows to the left, or right, of the date listed at the top of the page.
5) Locate the Healthy Habits tracker that you'd like to track, and complete the required information.
Note*: Each Healthy Habits tracker is different. For some, you may need to enter a numerical value, enter a text value, select "Yes" or "No", or select an image. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your Healthy Habits tracker.
6) Once you've completed your Healthy Habit, continue to track as many as you'd like! Remember, you are rewarded 10 Points each for the first three Healthy Habits that you track for the day.
Note*: You can track Healthy Habits for past dates; however, you will only be rewarded for data within the previous 14 days.
