What are the compatible devices for the Virgin Pulse mobile application?
The free Virgin Pulse app is designed to work with the Virgin Pulse program and the Max and Max Buzz activity trackers. The app takes the core features of the program and puts them at your fingertips for on-the-go healthy living! The Virgin Pulse mobile app is compatible with iOS devices and Android phones.
- iPhone 5 or above, operating on iOS 10.0 and above
- Android devices operating on 5.0 or above
For iOS, all mobile devices running on the iOS 10.0 operating system or above will work with the Virgin Pulse mobile application. iPhones 5S and above can use the app to track their step activity. For Android, most of the phones running on the Android 5.0 operating system or above will work with the Virgin Pulse mobile app.

Step tracking is only supported on the following Android devices:
- Samsung Galaxy S4, S5 and S6
- Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Note 4
- Google Nexus 5, 6 and 6P
- LG G3 and G4
- Moto-X (1st Generation - Style and Pure versions cannot track steps)
If your Android device is not listed above, it may still work with the Virgin Pulse mobile application if it is operating on one of the supported operating systems; however, accurate step tracking is not officially tested and supported.
