My steps from Endomondo are not displaying in my Virgin Pulse account.

Note*: As of June 21, 2016, Endomondo is no longer a supported mobile application on the Virgin Pulse platform. If you are currently connected to Endomondo, your data will continue to be passed to Virgin Pulse and you will be rewarded; however, we will no longer be able to provide troubleshooting for Endomondo activity data.

Before you start, here are a few things to note!

1)  If you're using more than one tracking device/app, you can only view your steps from one device/app at a time in the "My Steps" chart. This chart will default display to "Self-entered" or "Max device" automatically. To view your Endomondo step data, select "Endomondo steps" in the drop-down menu.

2)  Confirm that you have connected your Endomondo account to your Virgin Pulse account. This connection is required in order for Virgin Pulse to receive the activity data from your Endomondo account. Navigate to the "Devices & Apps" page located under the profile section located in the right corner of the top navigation menu. Scroll down to the Endomondo section, and you should see "Status: Connected!". 

3)  Did you manually add any activities to your Endomondo account for the date(s) in question? If so, this could cause a step discrepancy if additional steps were added to your total.

4) Did you set your "Sport" type to Cycling, or any other option besides "Walking", "Fitness Walking" or "Running"? Currently, Virgin Pulse only supports these three types of activity for step conversion and rewards. If your activity session maintains an average speed of >4mph and <15mph (based on duration and distance), your steps will be converted from your total distance at a rate of 2,000 steps per mile.
