What if I am using multiple devices?
You can wear or use more than one device or application to track your activity. If you are wearing more than one device to capture the same kind of data (i.e. steps), you will only be credited for the data uploaded by one of those devices.
For example, if you are wearing both a Virgin Pulse Max and a Fitbit device (such as the “Flex”) and record 7,000 steps with both, you would only be credited for 7,000 rather than the 14,000 recorded with both of your devices.
(Note*: Steps from both devices will appear in your “Stats” page, located under the “Tracking” tab in the top navigation menu, and on the home page. You must use the drop-down menu within the chart to view steps from different devices/apps.)
Points will be awarded for whichever device recorded a greater amount. You can earn up to 140 Points maximum for activity per day. Please note, that earning of Points must be offered by your sponsor. Check out your "How to Earn" page or the "My Rewards" page to learn about your earning opportunities!
Note*: Only one type of device can be registered to your Virgin Pulse account or a third-party site at a time. For example, you cannot wear or switch between two different types of Virgin Pulse devices (ex. GoZone and Max) or two different Fitbit devices (ex. Alta and Charge).
