My Max screen is displaying an error code.

If your Max is displaying a screen with an error code, click on the corresponding code below to follow a step-by-step troubleshooting guide to resolve your issue!

If you don't see your code listed above, try the following troubleshooting steps.

1)  Your Max device may require a Firmware Update. In order to check, you'll need to sync your Max using the USB cord and a computer with the Sync software. Follow the instructions in the "How do I perform a Firmware Update?" article. Once completed, your error code message should no longer display.

2)  Replace the battery in your Max with a brand new CR-2032 battery. Follow the instructions in the "How do I replace the battery in Max?" on how to remove the battery and replace it with a new one. Once you've replaced the battery door, sync your Max using the USB cord or the Virgin Pulse mobile application. The error code displaying on your Max should be removed.
