How do I get my first Max device?

 

How you order your Max device will depend on your sponsor type and organization. Some sponsors will provide the Max device free of charge* to their members, or some may require you to enter a promotional code. Some sponsors may require a partial or full payment for your device.

To determine if you are eligible for a free Max device upon signing up with Virgin Pulse, please log into your account, or check with your sponsor directly. You’ll need to access the Virgin Pulse store to order a Max device, which can be found by hovering over the profile picture in the top-navigation menu and selecting "Store".



Find the Max device, click on „Buy Now“ and a pop-up message will appear informing you that the device is sent to the Shopping Cart, which can be found in the upper right corner of the screen. If the Max device costs $0.00 or has a subsidy applied to it on the Checkout screen, you are eligible for a free/discounted Max device.

 If you have already placed an order for a Max device, then the device will be mailed to you via first-class mail, and you should receive it within 7-10 business days (in the US area), while it can take up to 35 days for international orders to arrive.

*A free Max device is a sponsor specific decision, and usually only pertains to the first one ordered when a member signs up for a membership. For example, if a member voluntarily cancels their Virgin Pulse membership, and then signs up again at a later time, it is more than likely that he/she will not receive a second Max device for free.
