How can I change my Sleep Profile?

If you have not selected a Sleep Profile yet, check out our "What is a Sleep Profile?" article for more information on how to do this.

If you have already selected a Sleep Profile, and would like to change it, follow the steps below!

1)  Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.

2)  Hover over “Tracking” in the top-navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select “Sleep Guide”.

3)  In the top section where your Sleep Profile is displayed, click on the "Change My Profile" link in the top, right corner.

4)  On the page that displays, select your new Sleep Profile.

5)  Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Start My Guide" button.

6)  You'll be brought back to your Sleep Guide with your new Sleep Profile populated in the top section.
