To update your email address, please do the following steps:
1) Log into the Virgin Pulse member website, and hover over the “Profile section” with your picture in the top, right-hand corner.
2) In the drop-down menu that appears, select “My Profile”.
3) On your “My Profile” page, scroll to the bottom to the “Account Settings” section. Your email will display here. Click on Edit and enter the new email address.
How to update your email address in the Virgin Pulse app
1) Open the Virgin Pulse app on your mobile phone.
2) Navigate to the Profile menu.
3) Once there, tap on the Settings button.
4) Scroll down to the Account Settings section and tap on your email address.
5) Enter your email address and tap on the Confirm button.
Note: If you are unable to change the email address after following the instructions above, please reach out to our Member Services team in order to have your email address updated in the system.
