My Max screen is blank.

In order to accurately troubleshoot your Max displaying a blank screen, we'll need to know a bit more information about your device. You'll then be able to access a step-by-step troubleshooting guide for your issue.

If this is a new Max, confirm that you have pulled the plastic red tab connected to the device firmly and thoroughly out of the device. This allows the battery to make contact with the device.
