My Challenge Score is not correct.

If you are using multiple tracking devices (such as a Max and a Fitbit), please note that only the device with the highest step count for a given day will count towards your challenge score (not the total step count from both devices). 

If you're not seeing your steps displaying in your Virgin Pulse account at all, check out our troubleshooting guides in the "Devices & Apps" section of the Help Center.
