If you've ordered a physical gift card, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days to arrive in for domestic shipping and 7 to 10 business days for international shipping. In some cases, if there is a delay with the postal service, or if you have moved, it may take a little longer. If after three weeks from your Order Date, you still have not received it, please contact Cardholder Services at (866) 230-3809.
If you've ordered a virtual gift card 1-800-Flowers, App Store & iTunes, Amazon.com, Athleta, Barnes & Noble, CVS, Home Depot, Kohl's, Nike, Petco, Spa and Wellness, Target, Under Armor, Whole Foods or Visa you can access your gift card information via the email that was sent with your redemption code.
The email came from firstname.lastname@example.org. You can use this email to search your inbox, junk folder, spam folder or clutter folder. If you cannot find it you can contact Member Services for further assistance.
