How do I complete my profile?

In order for your member profile in Virgin Pulse to display as 100% complete, you’ll want to make sure that you have completed the four profile sections!

1)  To access your profile information, log into the Virgin Pulse member website, and hover over the “Profile” section with your picture in the top, right-hand corner.

2)  In the drop-down menu that appears, select “My Profile”.

3)  Below the cover photo, you will see a banner that displays the four sections of your profile that need to be completed. If you have completed a section, a green checkmark should appear!
