Why didn't I earn all of the Points for "Validated Measurements"?

Please note, that the "Validated Measurements" reward must be offered by your sponsor in order for you to be able to earn it. Check out your "How to Earn" page or the "My Rewards" page on Virgin Pulse member website to see if the "Validated Measurements" reward is available to your sponsor.

The "Validated Measurements" reward amount is the total amount of Points that you can earn for recording your measurements each month (not including Ideal or Improved rewards).

Within the current month, if you self enter your weight and/or blood pressure measurements first on the Virgin Pulse member website, you will earn the "Self Entered Measurements" reward. If you then visit a Health Station and record a validated weight and/or blood pressure measurement, you will earn the reward for "Validated Measurements", less the Points you earned for "Self Entered Measurements".

For example, your company offers the following rewards for measurements: "Self Entered Measurements" for 50 Points, and "Validated Measurements" for 500 Points. On November 2nd, you self enter your weight and earn 50 Points. On November 11th, you visit a Health Station and record your weight. You will earn 450 Points for "Validated Measurement", which is 500 Points for Validated Measurement minus the 50 Points earned for Self Entered Measurement.

All of your measurements will display in your Virgin Pulse member website on the "My Stats" page.
