How do I see what version of the Sync software I have downloaded?
You'll always want to make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the Virgin Pulse Sync software downloaded onto your computer to ensure data accuracy.
You can check which version of the Sync software that you have on your computer by completing the following steps:
1) Confirm that the Sync software is currently running on your computer by locating the blue Pulse icon in your system taskbar.
Note*: If you see a red circle icon for the software, you'll need to uninstall the old iSync software, and download the Sync software. Check out the "How do I uninstall the software?" article for instructions.
2) Hover over the blue Pulse icon. A hover window will appear that displays the version of the software.
3) Confirm that the software version number matches the current version.
The most current version of the Sync software for PC is 3.0.21.
The most current version of the Sync software for Macintosh is 3.0.11.
4) If your version number does not match, do not fret! You'll just need to download the new version. Check out the "How do I download the Sync software?" article for instructions.
