Validated activity trackers are wearable devices that are compatible with the Virgin Pulse program. They monitor your physical activity and provide an objective indicator over periods of time. These devices also provide an easy way to download the tracking information to a computer or a mobile application.
If you do not have a validated activity tracking device, you can use one of the activities tracking mobile applications (Google Fit, S Health, Health App, Strava, etc) installed onto a compatible smartphone.
It is recommended that you log onto the Virgin Pulse app once a week, however, you must log on at least once every 14 days so that your steps/active minutes sync to the platform since it is only possible to backtrack data for the past 14 days.
Check out the "What other devices and applications are supported by Virgin Pulse?" article for more information on the other validated activity trackers and mobile applications with which we integrate!
