You'll always want to make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the firmware on your Max device to ensure the best tracking and syncing experience!
You can check which version of the firmware that you have on your Max by completing the following steps:
1) Confirm that the Sync software is downloaded and currently running on your computer by locating the blue Pulse icon in your system taskbar.
Note: If you see a red circle icon for the software, you'll need to uninstall the old iSync software, and download the Sync software. Check out the "How to uninstall the software?" article for instructions.
2) Right-click the blue Pulse icon. A pop-up window will appear with several options.
3) Click on "Show my device information". A pop-up will appear that displays the unique Serial Number of your Max device registered to your Virgin Pulse account, and the version of the firmware that is on this device.
4) The latest version of the Max firmware is 88. If your firmware version number does not match, do not fret! You'll just need to perform a firmware upgrade for your Max. Check out the "How to perform a Firmware Upgrade?" article for instructions.
