1) Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.
2) Hover over “Health” in the top navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select “Nutrition Guide”.
*Note: This feature must be offered by your sponsor.
3) Your Nutrition Guide will display a featured recipe based on the nutrition goals for your selected Nutrition Profile (such as high in fiber or protein, or low in saturated fat). To access Foodsmart , click on the "Read More" button in this section.
4) Once on the Foodsmart site, you'll be able to view the featured recipe, along with hundreds of others! In the top, left corner of the Foodsmart page, hover over "Recipes" and click on Recipe Categories:
5) In this view, you'll be able to browse healthy recipes by category! Click on a category to see all of the associated recipes.
6) Click on a specific recipe to view the ingredients, cooking instructions, nutritional breakdown, and comments by other members. To add a recipe as a "Favorite", click on the heart icon.
7) Once clicked, the heart icon will turn red and the recipe will be added to your favorite recipes.
