I lost my Max. How do I get a new one?

Oh no! We're sorry that you have misplaced your Max device. Unfortunately, lost devices are not covered under the Limited 1-Year Warranty for replacement.

To start tracking again, you can purchase a new Max device, or another compatible tracker, in the Virgin Pulse Store. Click here for more information on how to order!

If you're not interested in ordering a new tracking device, you can use the Virgin Pulse mobile application on a compatible device to track your steps! Check out the list of compatible devices here. (Note*: Not all supported devices offer step tracking capability).

Some sponsors offer a free replacement Max device not under warranty. If you'd like to know if you are eligible for a device under your sponsor, please contact our Member Services team via phone or chat.
