I tracked more than 7 hours of sleep and did not receive the "Sleep > 7 Hours in a night" reward.
Please note, the Sleep Guide must be offered by your sponsor in order for you to be able to access this reward. If you have tracked a validated sleep session that was more than 7 hours long, and you did not receive the "Sleep > 7 Hours in a night" reward, please check the following:
1) Are you using a validated sleep tracking device? Self-entered sleep will not trigger this reward. You must be using a validated sleep tracking device to track your sleep. Check out the list of compatible device here.
2) Is your "Time Asleep" more than 7 hours? This reward trigger is based off of your Time Asleep, which is the "Total Time Tracked" minus the "Time Awake" (shown below, the red circle is the value that triggers the reward). If this value is less than 7 hours, you will not receive this reward.
