How to Connect Max Go Device to the Virgin Pulse App? Follow
Do you have a new Max GO device and would like to use it to track your progress on the Virgin Pulse platform? That's great!
Follow the steps ahead to connect your watch with the Virgin Pulse app!
1. Open the Virgin Pulse app and select More > Devices & Apps.
2. From the list of offered devices and apps, select Max GO.
3. A new screen will open and on it, you should click on the Connect button.
Note:
- Make sure you are using the most recent version of the app.
- Before you pair Max GO, charge it and place it near your phone. Also, make sure your phone's Bluetooth, Location, and Nearby Devices are turned on.
4. Once you click the Start Pairing option, a search for your device will begin.
5. Found devices will appear on the screen and your device will have Max GO in its name. Tap on Connect next to it.
6. To complete the pairing process, you will be asked to tap the green checkmark on the device.
7. When paired successfully, you will be able to tap the Continue option, which will take you to the final step in the process.
8. The final step is entering your height and weight, before selecting the Continue option, which will allow you to save your information.
9. Once you see the pop-up window letting you know that you are all set - you will be ready to start tracking your health journey! Just tap OK and the window will disappear.

Note: The Virgin Pulse app will sync the following stats from the Max GO device: steps, sleep & active minutes!
