How to Disconnect Max Go Device From the Virgin Pulse App? Follow
Warning! Disconnecting the Max GO device from the app will delete all the data from the watch and this cannot be revoked!
If you would like to disconnect your Max GO device from the Virgin Pulse app, you should follow the steps ahead!
1. First, select More at the bottom of the screen in your VP app, then tap Devices & Apps from the Menu.
2. Select Max GO from the list of your connected Devices & Apps.
3. Select the Disconnect option.
4. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm that you would like to disconnect the device.
5. Once disconnected, a new pop-up window will appear, letting you know that the app and the device have been disconnected successfully.
6. When the two are disconnected, the Connect option will reappear.
Important: Remember to disconnect this device from your phone's Bluetooth!
7. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the icon next to Max GO device, then tap Forget This Device.
After this step, you will be all set!
