How to Disconnect Max Buzz for Max Go? Follow
If you would like to connect a Max GO device but already have a Max Buzz connected to your Virgin Pulse account, you will need to disconnect the Max Buzz, as the two cannot be connected simultaneously paired.
In order to connect a Max GO device, disconnect the already connected Max Buzz device by following the steps ahead.
- Select More > Devices & Apps in the Virgin Pulse app.
- After choosing a Max GO device from the Devices & Apps > Available Devices & Apps page, open the Max GO device page.
- Click the Connect button.
- If there is already a Max Buzz device connected, a pop-up window will appear, asking you to disconnect it. You should click the Disconnect option.
- A new pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm that you would like to disconnect the Max Buzz device. Tap Disconnect once again.
- When the device disconnects successfully, a green checkmark will appear, followed by a pop-up window. Tap OK to confirm.
- The last step is to make sure that you forget the Max Buzz device in your Bluetooth settings.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Tap the info icon next to the Max Buzz device and then tap Forget This Device.
You will now be able to connect your Max GO device by tapping the Connect option.
