How to Disconnect Max GO for Max Buzz? Follow
If you would like to connect a Max Buzz device but already have a Max GO connected to your Virgin Pulse account, you will need to disconnect the Max GO, as the two cannot be simultaneously paired.
To connect a Max Buzz device, disconnect the already connected Max GO device by following the steps ahead.
1. Select More > Devices & Apps in the Virgin Pulse app.
2. After choosing a Max Buzz device from the Devices & Apps > Available Devices & Apps page, open the Max Buzz device page.
Click the Connect button.
3. If there is already a Max GO device connected, a pop-up window will appear, asking you to disconnect it. You should click the Disconnect option.
4. A new pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm that you would like to disconnect the Max GO device. Tap Disconnect once again.
6. When the device disconnects successfully, a green checkmark will appear, followed by a pop-up window. Tap OK to confirm.
7. The last step is to make sure that you forget the Max GO device in your Bluetooth Settings.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Tap the info icon next to the Max GO device and then tap Forget This Device.
You will now be able to connect your Max Buzz device by tapping the Connect option.
You are now all set!
