You can spend your earned PulseCash in a number of different ways, depending on your Sponsor.
In most cases, you can spend your PulseCash in the Virgin Pulse Store, redeem one of the available gift cards, or donate it if you're feeling charitable!
To spend your PulseCash:
- Log into your Virgin Pulse account.
- Hover over “Home” in the top-navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select “Rewards".
- On the "Rewards" page, go to the "Spend" tab, then choose your redemption option.
- Should you wish to spend your PulseCash in the Virgin Pulse Store, click on "Shop the Store" to be re-directed to the Virgin Pulse Store.
Choose an item you would like to purchase, click on "Buy Now" and the item will be sent to the Shopping cart (found in the upper right corner of the page).
While on the Shopping cart page, enter the amount of PulseCash you'd like to spend on the purchase in the "Use your Virgin Pulse Reward Cash" field, and click "Apply cash" for the PulseCash to apply to your purchase.
Finish your purchase by checking off the "" check-box and continue to the Checkout screen where you will be able to enter your shipping address and complete your order.
- If you have chosen a gift card as your redemption option, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your Virgin Pulse account for you to complete the transaction. Check the "Junk", "Spam", or "Trash" folders in your email account, as there may be an email filter in place.
Note: If you have not received the gift card email within 24 hours of your order, please contact Member Services by chat or phone for further assistance.
- If you opt for the Donate It option, please select one of the available foundations or organizations to which you would like to donate your PulseCash. After you have made your choice, enter the amount you would like to donate in the appropriate field and click on "Next", then "Submit" to confirm your donation. You should receive a Donation Confirmation email shortly afterwards.
