How to use Chat features for Challenges in your Virgin Pulse mobile application Follow
To use Chat features for Challenges, please navigate to your Virgin Pulse mobile application Home screen and tap on Challenges.
Tap on 'Active' in the top left corner of the page and tap on the Challenge you are Joined in.

As soon as your Challenge opens, you should be able to see 4 Icons at the top of the screen and one of them is a Chat icon. Tap on it and you should be able to see a tab that says 'Select Conversation'. When you tap on it, you will be able to choose between All Chat and Team Chat.
All Chat is visible to every Team and Team Chat is only for your team and it will not be visible to anyone else.
