It is possible to submit a support ticket request when you are logged in to your Virgin Pulse account, both with the website and the app.
How to submit via the website?
When submitting a ticket through the website, you will need to use the Virgin Pulse Support page. In order to access it, please click on green "Support" button on the right side of the page:
The Virgin Pulse Support web page will open. Please click on "Ask A Question" in the top navigation menu:
You will have an option to choose a type of an issue from the drop-down menu. Once you click on it, the "Submit a request" window will appear where you can describe your inquiry in detail and submit it.
