How to find the tracking number of your order?
Please hover over your profile picture icon in the upper right corner of your Virgin Pulse account, and then click on "Store" from the drop-down menu:
Once there, please click on "My Account" button and then click on the "Orders" tab:
If you click on "Details", a new page will open where you can find more information about a specific order. At the bottom of the page, you should be able to find the "Shipments" section and the tracking number will be displayed there.
*Note: Tracking numbers are only available for US orders.
The expected delivery time for international orders is 20 business days and for US orders 7-10 business days.
