The difference between Sleep graph and Sleep Guide Follow
The Sleep graph that is available on the Stats page is a basic representation of your sleep activity. It includes a weekly and monthly breakdown, as well as the option to view the source of your tracked sleep activity.
However, if you would like to see a more detailed breakdown of your sleep, you can use the Sleep Guide and its sleep graph. It offers far more possibilities regarding insight into your tracked sleep activity. To access it, please navigate to the Health > Sleep Guide page in your Virgin Pulse account.
*Note: The Sleep Guide feature is not available for every sponsor. If you are not able to find it under the Tracking page, it is most likely not offered by your sponsor.
Your sleep activity will be displayed by default. The following information is displayed for the selected day:
- Pre-bed window
- Your sleep time goal
- Your total "Asleep" time (please note that only this time will be rewarded with points)
- "Stirring" time
- "Awake" time
- Total time in bed
- Sleep Rating
At the bottom of the sleep graph, it is possible to find activities that can be added to your sleep graph. These activities usually disrupt the sleep rhythm, and if you have a habit of doing some of them before going to bed, you can add them to your daily sleep chart to see how they affect you. Simply click on an activity and drag it to your graph at the desired time. If you click on the added activity, you will be able to edit the time manually.
Along with the daily view, the weekly and monthly breakdown is also visible. Your weekly view is good for getting more information about your sleep activity on a weekly basis, as well as average measurements. Also, it is possible to see the days when you met your sleep goal.
Furthermore, if you click on "Month", the graph will change and it will display your sleep activity together with your daily steps so you can compare them. Additionally, average measurements will be displayed under the graph.
