I have noticed suspicious charges to my Visa gift card. What should I do?
Please reach out to My Digital Wallet at +1 (877) 325-8444 as soon as possible. Make sure to change your password for My Digital Wallet account, and your other passwords as well (email account and other websites where you use the same password, as it may have been compromised).
I have not received my physical Visa gift card. What can I do?
It usually takes 7-10 business days for the physical gift card to arrive via mail. Once your card is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from Prepaid Digital Solutions. In the event that you have waited and still haven’t received your card, please contact Prepaid Digital Solutions at +1 (877) 325-8444.
