To log your workout, please follow the steps below:
1) Log into the Virgin Pulse member website.
2) Hover over the "Home" tab in the top navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select Stats.
3) Scroll down the page and locate the "Workouts" section.
4) Click on the "Log a Workout" button in the right section of the chart.
5) A pop-up window will appear, where you should select an activity, and log the activity's duration.
6) Once logged, the chart will update with the workout that you have just tracked,
Note: Rewards for manually logged Workout must be offered by your sponsor. Once logged, workouts cannot be removed.
