Refunds for Failed Gift Card Transactions Follow
When you decide to redeem your PulseCash rewards and use one of many available Gift Card options on the platform, the transaction will be instant and you will receive a Gift Card confirmation email.
Rarely, a platform or vendor issue might occur that could temporarily prevent the transaction process. If this happens, rest assured that your PulseCash rewards will be refunded to your Virgin Pulse account. And this is completed automatically, with no extra steps needed!
There are two possible scenarios associated with this Auto-Refund process:
- If funds were removed from your balance, but the transaction failed for some reason, your account will be automatically refunded within 1 hour. After that, you can redeem the Gift Card of your choice again.
- If the transaction failed on the platform, the funds will not be removed from your account. No refund is necessary, and you can redeem the Gift Card again.
Good to Know:
Kindly note that all gift card transactions are final. After a successful Gift Card transaction is completed, the obtained Gift Card cannot be revoked.
