How to enroll - Enhanced Enrollment (app) Follow
If you would like to enroll into a wellness program, you can do it over Virgin Pulse website or mobile app. It is a simple process that requires just a few steps, before you are able to take full advantage of our platform and take control of your wellbeing.
In order to create an account, you will have to be eligible for participation. All companies have their own guidelines and requirements for enrollment, which can be checked with your HR or by reaching out to Member Services.
In case you want to enroll over mobile app, please follow these instructions.
1. Open Virgin Pulse app on your smartphone or visit enroll.virginpulse.com
2. Once the Sign Up screen is opened, search for your company in the list.
3. After confirming your company name, proceed to fill in your details and click on Submit.
4. Once you have entered all of your details and passed on following page, you will be requested to read and approve all terms and conditions that give permission to Virgin Pulse to process your data in the United States based on US laws and international privacy standards.
5. After going through Privacy Notice, you will be prompted to check your email and confirm your enrollment through available link within the email.
If you have Virgin Pulse mobile app installed at that time, link will automatically pull up the app and continue your registration on the app. In case you do not have it installed yet do not worry, link will be opened in your mobile browser and instruct you to finalize enrollment process.
6. On the final step, you will be asked to input your phone number and desired password for your account. After filling the rest of the details, you can click on Create My Account to wrap up the process.

Note: Please consider that Enhanced Enrollment is a new feature on Virgin Pulse, meaning that some companies may not use this option at the very beginning. However, that does not impact the procedure and standard way on how you can enroll in a wellness program. You may still use general enrollment page and navigate through available steps to create account.
