What are Monthly Milestone rewards?

It is possible to earn additional points when Monthly Milestone rewards are earned. These rewards are only available for steps/activity minutes and can be earned once a month. They are listed below:  

• 20-Day Monthly Milestone: 7,000 steps/15 Activity Minutes
  If you have tracked 7,000 steps or 15 activity minutes for at least 20 days in a calendar month, you will earn points for this reward.
• 20-Day Monthly Milestone: 10,000 steps/30 Activity Minutes
  If you have tracked 10,000 steps or 30 activity minutes for at least 20 days in a calendar month, you will earn points for this reward.

If you navigate to the Home > Rewards > How to Earn page in your Virgin Pulse account, you should be able to find these rewards listed under the Activity section:

Once there, you can see the frequency of rewards (monthly), together with your current progress towards the goal:

 

For example, the 7,000 steps goal was achieved for 5 days out of 20, and the 10,000 steps goal for 4 out of 20 days.

Note: Depending on your program design you can be rewarded for validated (synced from the device) and manually entered activities. The number of points earned will vary depending on your program design.
In case when only validated activities are rewarded, activity minutes that are manually entered on the platform will not be considered for this reward.
