Terms and Conditions update Follow
Note: This support article is only a guidance to any possible future update regarding the Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy or Data Consent. The screenshots in the article and video are an example of a scenario where all three options are being updated.
When a Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Data Sharing Agreement is updated, a new Terms & Conditions window will appear after you log into your Virgin Pulse account. Please read and accept the updated policies to continue using the Virgin Pulse platform.
Note: Virgin Pulse periodically updates their member privacy notices. These updates are part of our standard practice of ensuring that we continue to meet updated regulatory requirements, adapt to changes in the industry, and to better align our notices across our products.
After you accept the policies, click Done to be redirected to your Virgin Pulse account.
If you log into your account or access it through the Virgin Pulse app, the same Terms and Conditions window will appear if they have been updated. Be sure to read and Accept them to continue using your Virgin Pulse account.
