How to locate privacy policies in your Virgin Pulse account Follow
All privacy policies are available in your Virgin Pulse account at any time. In order to find them, please log into your Virgin Pulse account via the website. The first page you see after logging in is the Home page. You can also access it by clicking on your company logo:
Once there, please scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should be able to see the gray-colored footer at the bottom:
All our privacy policies are listed there. They are listed in this order:
- Data Processing Consent
- Membership Agreement
- Member Privacy Notice
- Cookie Preferences
When you click on any of the listed policies/agreements, a pop-up window will appear on your screen.
Alternatively, you can find privacy policies in the Virgin Pulse mobile app as well. Once you open the app on your phone, tap on the More menu in the lower right corner of the screen > tap Settings. Then, swipe to the bottom of the Settings page in order to find the Terms & Conditions section:
Under Terms & Conditions, the following policies are available:
- Data Processing Consent
- Membership Agreement
- Member Privacy Notice
- Open Source Licences
After you select one of the policies listed above, they will appear on your screen:
