My Prepaid Mastercard Does Not Have Enough Funds

Although you can use a virtual prepaid Mastercard in any online store that accepts Mastercards, it will not be accepted if there are not enough funds on it. This is particularly important to note when a currency conversion is needed for the payment.

Other prepaid cards are E-Prepaid cards and are mainly used online unless there are different redemption options offered by a specific vendor. However, the same applies to all prepaid cards, if there are not enough funds on them, transactions cannot be completed.

Also note that when using a prepaid card online, most retailers will not allow you to combine forms of payment so if you do not have enough on one card, the transaction might not happen. Please be aware of this when redeeming your prepaid card and planning your purchases.

Note: All prepaid card transactions are final; once you have redeemed a prepaid card in your Virgin Pulse account, it will not be possible to cancel it and transfer your funds back to your account.
