Is it possible to connect my Max Buzz if I don't have an account? Follow
Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect or sync the Max Buzz without an active Virgin Pulse account.
In order to connect and sync your Max Buzz device, you need to have an active Virgin Pulse account. Max Buzz can only sync through a Bluetooth connection with the Virgin Pulse app on a compatible smartphone.
How to activate your Max Buzz?
Note: A Virgin Pulse account can be a company-sponsored account or a Friends and Family account (if offered by a sponsored company). If you receive a Friends and Family account invitation from someone who has an active Virgin Pulse account, you should be able to create your account and connect the device.
How to add Friends or Family outside the company?
I'm not using my old Virgin Pulse device. Can I give it to someone else?
