How to contact Virgin Pulse Member Services Support? Follow
In case you need help with anything related to the Virgin Pulse platform or your experience in using it, you can always contact us through one of the available member support channels: chat or email.

Note: The Chat option is not available to certain sponsors.
- Click on the Support button in the top left corner. A window will appear where you can click chat to to open the chat box:
- Please type in your name, email and question in the chat box and press "enter" key in order to send it. You will receive the most relevant answers from our Answer Bot feature. If suggested articles did not help you, click on Get in touch button to start a live chat session with one of our agents.
Alternatively, you can access the Chat feature via Virgin Pulse Support website. The website can be accessed via https://virginpulshttps://virginpulse.zendesk.com/hc/en-use.zendesk.com
- Click on green Help button on the right bottom corner of the page.
- The chat box will open. Please click on Get in Touch button to start a live chat session with one of our agents.
Our chat hours are 2:00am-9:00pm EST Monday-Friday.

- Please click on Ask a Question in the top navigation bar.
- Choose Member Inquiry from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Describe your inquiry in detail. You will need to add your email address and choose a type of issue. It is also possible to upload an attachment in one of supported picture format files.
