Sleep points difference: manual vs validated Follow
For tracking your sleep activity on the platform, you are earning points. Please note that there is a difference between validated and manual sleep tracking.
When you are tracking your sleep manually through the Healthy Habits page, you can only earn 10 points per day. Other sleep rewards are not available for manual tracking.
Below you can find the breakdown for sleep points:
