It is possible to submit a support ticket request when you are logged into your Virgin Pulse account, both via website and app.
How to submit via website?
When submitting a ticket through the website, you will need to use the Virgin Pulse Support page. In order to access it, please click on green Support button in the upper right corner of the page:
Please click on Visit our FAQ Support Page.
The Virgin Pulse Support web page will open. Please click on Ask A Question in the top navigation menu:
You will have an option to choose a type of issue from the drop-down menu. Once you click on it, the Submit a request window will appear where you can describe your inquiry in detail and submit it.
