If you have not selected a Sleep Profile yet, check out our What is a Sleep Profile? article for more information on how to do this.
If you have already selected a Sleep Profile and would like to change it, follow the steps below!
- Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.
- Hover over Health in the top navigation menu. In the drop-down menu that appears, select Sleep Guide.
- In the top section where your Sleep Profile is displayed, click on the Change My Profile link in the top, right corner.
- On the page that displays, select your new Sleep Profile.
- Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Start My Guide button.
- You'll be brought back to your Sleep Guide with your new Sleep Profile populated in the top section.
