Please note that the Health Assessment must be offered by your sponsor in order
for you to be able to access it.
If your company enabled Health Assessment, there are several ways to access it.
One of the ways is through Rewards page on your member website.
Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.
Navigate to the Health > Surveys page.
You will be redirected to page from where you can start your Health Assessment.
Health Assessment survey allows you to re-take it at any point for as many times as you like. Still and all, please keep in mind that you will only be rewarded once per program for this specific activity.
Make sure to check your Rewards > How to Earn page for more program details.
Another simple way to access your Health Assessment is through Daily Cards reminder. If you have not yet completed it, you will see one more Daily Card in available ones, which should indicate that you should complete your Survey. Keep in mind that it will stay there until this activity is completed. Try to find few minutes of your time to spare and complete this activity in early stage of the program. That way you will most certainly have some extra time and energy to finish more activities that interest you too.
In case your company allowed frequent reminders, you will also be reminded via email and/or via pop-up window that will regularly show up on your screen, until you finish completion of the Survey.
To confirm your Health Assessment completion, please navigate to the Home > Rewards page. You should be able to see your points being reflected, after completion. Additionally, you will receive a Health Check trophy after completing your first Health Assessment.
