Please note that the Health Assessment must be offered by your sponsor in order for you to be able to access it. For more information, visit the "Rewards" page on your member website. If your Virgin Pulse program includes the Health Assessment, you'll be able to access the Health Assessment on your Virgin Pulse member website.
Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.
Navigate to the Health > Health Assessment page.
You'll be redirected to where you can start your Health Assessment. Click Start the Survey to begin.
To confirm your Health Assessment completion, please navigate to the Home > Rewards page.
Note: Different sponsors may refer to Health Assessment as MyPulse, Health Check, Health Risk Assessment, etc.
