How to access Global Merchandise Store on the website and place an order

There are plenty of ways to earn Points for being active and participating in the Virgin Pulse program. The number of Points for each reward and how often you can earn it is specific to your sponsor. Please note that the type of earning Rewards and points must be offered by your sponsor. 

If you are earning Credits, then you can redeem them on the Global Merchandise Store page. 

1. To access the Global Merchandise Store, hover over Home and click on Rewards.
   
2. Select Spend.
3. Click on the Global Merchandise Store option and then on Shop Global Store.
   
4. Once you access the Global Merchandise Store, you will be prompted to select an item via Categories, search for an item by typing a product name in the search bar, or click on View All where all products available will be listed on the Store page.
   
5. Click on the product you wish to purchase and select add to cart.
   
   The item will be automatically transferred to your cart (the shopping cart icon on the right top of the Store page). 
6. Click on the cart and you should be able to see the device that you have purchased.
7. To complete the order please click on Checkout and proceed with entering your shipping address.
