What is the Ideal range for Blood Pressure? Follow
Blood pressure is typically recorded as two numbers, written as a ratio like this: (Systolic/Diastolic). Your blood pressure rises with each heartbeat and falls when your heart relaxes between beats. Blood Pressure can change from minute to minute with changes in posture, exercise, stress, or sleep.
The ideal range for blood pressure is <120mmHg (Systolic) and <80mmHg (Diastolic).
Check out your "Rewards" page on the Virgin Pulse member website to see if the "Ideal or Improved Blood Pressure" reward is available to your sponsor! If so, record a validated blood pressure measurement that is within the ideal blood pressure range, or categorically improved blood pressure measurement from a previous value, and earn a certain amount of points per month.
