How to earn rewards and points with Fitbit Follow
Please note, that earning Points for an activity must be offered by your sponsor. Check out your "Rewards" page to learn about your earning opportunities!
Once you've connected your Fitbit account to your Virgin Pulse account, you can earn rewards for Steps or Activity Minutes using your Fitbit Device.
You can earn the following rewards for steps:
- More than 1,000 steps in a day will earn 10 Points.
- More than 2,000 steps in a day will earn 20 Points.
- More than 3,000 steps in a day will earn 30 Points.
- More than 4,000 steps in a day will earn 40 Points.
- More than 5,000 steps in a day will earn 50 Points.
- More than 6,000 steps in a day will earn 60 Points.
- More than 7,000 steps in a day will earn 70 Points.
- More than 8,000 steps in a day will earn 80 Points.
- More than 9,000 steps in a day will earn 90 Points.
- More than 10,000 steps in a day will earn 100 Points.
- More than 11,000 steps in a day will earn 110 Points.
- More than 12,000 steps in a day will earn 120 Points.
- More than 13,000 steps in a day will earn 130 Points.
- More than 14,000 steps in a day will earn 140 Points.
Or, you can earn the following rewards for Activity minutes using your Fitbit device.
- More than 15 Activity Minutes, but less than 30 Activity Minutes will earn 70 Points.
- More than 30 Activity Minutes, but less than 45 Activity Minutes will earn 100 Points.
- More than 45 Activity Minutes will earn 140 Points.
Note: 140 Points is the maximum daily reward for step/Activity minutes. However, you will not be rewarded for steps and Activity minutes on the same day, but you will rather be rewarded for the activity with the higher reward amount. If you upload your activity more than once per day, your points will adjust per the step/Activity minutes count.
If offered by your sponsor, you can also earn rewards for sleep tracked by some of the Fitbit devices!
Fitbit steps will display in the "Steps" graph on the "Stats" page. Fitbit Activity minutes will display in the "ActivityMinutes" graph.
